PURPOSE: A display control system based on a smart card and method thereof are provided to support a DCI(Device Control Interface) by constituting control packets by storing data queue.;CONSTITUTION: A terminal(100) extracts graphic data of control packets. The terminal updates a screen of a display apparatus based on the created frame buffer. A smart card(200) creates new frame buffer by comparing current frame buffer with a previous frame buffer.
