PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of electrically conductive carbon black is provided to improve electric conductivity without influence to physical properties of tire or processability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of electrically conductive carbon black comprise: a step of dipping carbon black into strong acid solution; a step of washing the carbon black by water until the acidity of carbon black becomes natural, and drying the same; a step of applying the carbon black solution by ultrasonic waves; a step of reacting the solution of a metal compound selected from tungsten trioxide(WO3), ferric tungstate(Fe2(WO4)3), and ferberite(FeWO4) with the carbon black solution; and a step of removing moisture by filtering the carbon black.
