PURPOSE: A coupling structure of a cowl side is provided to increase quality of weld and productivity by improving a cowl side outer upper panel to be spot-welded.;CONSTITUTION: A coupling structure of a cowl side comprises a side complete, a floor complete, a cowl complete, and a cowl side outer upper panel(400). The floor complete is placed inside the side complete.
