PURPOSE: A low-carbon lifting and melting furnace using plasma/gas combustion and fusion and a melting method and system using the same are provided to produce electronic frits as well as general glass by melting granule-type materials in a lifted state. CONSTITUTION: A low-carbon lifting and melting furnace(100) comprises a furnace body(110), a melting bath(120) formed inside the furnace body, a melting unit(130) which is formed on the upper side of the melting unit to melt raw materials, a raw material feeding unit(140) which is formed on the outer side of the melting unit, a plasma/gas melting device(150) which discharges mixed flame produced from plasma/gas, an exhaust pipe(160) which is formed on one side of the melting bath and discharges exhaust gas, and a tap hole(170) which discharges slag melt from the melting bath.
