Method for Preparing Biooil from Cellulosic Biomasses Using Microalgae Thraustochytrid

PURPOSE: A method for producing bio-oil from lignocellulose biomass is provided to overcome the limits of bio fuel development. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing biomass comprises a step of culturing Thraustochytrith-based microalgae in a medium containing lignocellulose biomass as a carbon source; and a step of producing and collecting the bio-oil. The bio-oil is an unsaturated fatty acid. The biomass includes carboxy methyl cellulose, cellobiose, or a palm oil by-product. The microalgae is Aurantiochytrium sp. KRS101 strain(KCTC11686BP).
