The present invention relates to a method of producing a bio-oil which comprises culturing a microalgae Thraustochytrid based KRS101 (KCTC11686BP) and the microalgae KRS101 having a bio-oil producing ability. Microalgae according to the present invention is bio-oil to accumulate in the cells at a higher rate when cultured in glucose-containing medium, can produce a bio-oil with a high yield. ;
