摘要

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of antibacterial film packing paper is provided to have short process time and low failure rate in spite of including jade in a film resin, and to improve productivity and quality because of a simple manufacturing condition.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of antibacterial film packing paper comprises: a step of nano-sizing jade powder; a step of manufacturing jade printing ink by mixing the nanosized jade powder with a resin, additives, and organic solvent; and a step of manufacturing antibacterial film paper by printing or coating the jade printing ink to one or both surfaces of a film with constant thickness. The jade printing ink consist of 34-37 weight% of the jade powder, 13-15 weight% of the resin, 2-3 weight% of the additives, and 47-51 weight% of the organic solvent.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
