PURPOSE: A pixel array and a display panel with the same are provided to arrange a read line on upper and lower parts of a data line, thereby increasing an opening ratio of a pixel structure.;CONSTITUTION: Two adjacent scanning lines and two adjacent data lines surround a pixel structure. The two adjacent scanning lines and two adjacent data lines are arranged on a substrate. An active device is electrically connected to a pixel electrode(104) and one of the scanning lines. Reading lines are overlapped with the data lines. An EMI(Electro-Magnetic Interference) shielding layer is formed between the reading lines and the data lines.
