PURPOSE: A composition for high strength porcelains and a manufacturing method of the high strength porcelain having mullite crystalline using thereof are provided to enhance mullite crystallization at low temperature, thereby increase physical strength.;CONSTITUTION: A composition for high strength porcelains comprises slurry having moisture content of 20-50 weight%, 5-50 parts by weight of alumina(Al2O3) and 01-7 parts by weight of B2O3 based on 100.0 parts by weight of slurry. The slurry contains solid powder and moisture. The solid powder comprises 40-75 wt% of SiO2, 10-35 wt% of Al2O3, 1-15 wt% of K2O and Na2O, and 1-15 wt% of CaO and MgO. A manufacturing method of the high intensity porcelain comprises the following steps: manufacturing slurry for porcelain; dispersing alumina(Al2O3) and B2O3 in the slurry and manufacturing high intensity porcelain; drying after injecting the composition for the high intensity porcelain into a mold; and taking out and sintering the dried composition for the high intensity porcelain.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
