PURPOSE: a kind of to manufacture ultra-fine polycrystalline diamond based on grain growth inhibitor nano-scale with the polycrystalline diamond for improving intensity and wearing character. ;CONSTITUTION: the mixture preparation of diamond particles, average grain diameter is about 1um or less diamond particles (101). The sodium rice grade that multiple particles contain titanium is dispersed in mixture (102). The particle contains titanium as grain growth inhibitor. The particle and diamond particles sintering are in high pressure and temperature (103). The polycrystal diamond crystal particle of sintering obtains. The diamond particles of multiple Titanium particles depositions on the surface are dispersed in when particle contains titanium.
