LOWER CHANNEL ASSEMBLY OF A VEHICLE DOOR FOR THE SMOOTH OPERATING OF A DOOR GLASS THROUGH IMPROVING THE COUPLING ACCURACY OF A DOOR FRAME AND A LOWER CHANNEL

PURPOSE: A lower channel assembly of a vehicle door is provided to improve the assembility of a lower channel through coupling a lower channel and a door frame into one body by using a connection bracket and remove the interference of the lower channel and a door latch.;CONSTITUTION: A lower channel assembly of a vehicle door comprises a lower channel(13). The lower channel is composed into one body with a door frame(12) by using a connection bracket(14). The lower channel is located to be moved to avoid the interference of a door latch(15). The connection bracket is coupled with the lower position of a door frame by a hinge. The lower part of the returned lower channel after installation of the door latch is coupled with a door panel(11). A rotation guide is formed in the lower portion of the door frame. A guide projection being moved along the rotation guide is molded in the connection bracket.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
