PURPOSE: A device for measuring a fracture ratio of coal is provided to reduce injuries of operators and the number of a process by automatically measuring a fracture ratio.;CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring a fracture ratio of coal comprises a sampler(100), a first sample accepter(200), a first weight meter(300), a sample separator(400), a second accepter(500), a second weight meter(600), and a control unit. The sampler is selectively transferred to a passage where fractured coal is discharged, thereby collecting the coal. A lower surface of the first sample acceptor is opened/closed so that the inserted coal is accepted or discharged. The first weight meter measures a weight of the coal accepted in the first acceptor. The sample separator comprises a mesh body or a porous body having a plurality of holes of uniform sizes corresponding to a reference particle size. The sample separator makes the coal of a size less than the reference particle size pass through and separates the coal of a size exceeding the reference particle size. The second sample acceptor accepts or discharges the coal filter and separated by the sample separator.
