PURPOSE: An organic fertilizer including guano is provided to prevent acidification of soil and to have a fast-acting property and a slow-releasing property by adjusting composition ratio of natural guano, natural potassium, and fermented poultry manure. CONSTITUTION: An organic fertilizer including guano comprises 15-50 weight% of natural potassium, 5-10 weight% of natural potassium, and 40-80% of fermented dehydrated poultry waste. The organic fertilizer can be used for a basal dressing and an additional fertilizer by including a fast-acting property and a slow-releasing property. The natural potassium is a plant ash which is produced by using more than one of a tobacco stalk, a sesame stem, or a Capsicum annuum part.
