PURPOSE: A method for eliminating roll attaching materials generated from the silica rubber composition producing process of a tire refining process is provided to eliminate silane coating materials from the surface of a roll by using solid materials in the form of wax.;CONSTITUTION: Solid materials in the form of wax containing aluminum oxide components are sprayed to a polisher roll(41) using a solvent injector(42). The entire surface of the roll, on which silane coating material-based attaching phenomenon is generated, is polished for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. The polishing process includes the following: the polisher roll rotates to the reverse direction of the progressive direction of an attaching phenomenon generating roll(10); and the entire surface of the attaching phenomenon generating roll is polished.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
