PURPOSE: A railroad tie using a resin mortar composition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize cracks caused by plastic deformation and a temperature change. CONSTITUTION: A railroad tie using a resin mortar composition is composed of 100 weight% of a mortar composition and 20 weight% of urethane acrylate resin. The mortar composition is composed of 50 weight% of wood powder, 25 weight% of sand, and 50 weight% of calcium carbonate.
