PURPOSE: A detachable temperature measuring apparatus for continuously measuring the temperature of molten steel in a tundish is provided to continuously measure the temperature of a tundish during a tundish preheating process as well as a molten metal casting process during continuous casting.;CONSTITUTION: A detachable temperature measuring apparatus(100) for continuously measuring the temperature of molten steel in a tundish(300) comprises a body part(110), a sensor part(120), and a handle part(130). The body part is inserted into a through hole formed on one side of the tundish so that the end of the body part protrudes to the inside of the tundish. The sensor part is located on the end of the body part and measures the temperature of molten metal.
