PRIMER FOR DIAGNOSING APPLE STEM PITTING VIRUS INFECTION AND A REAL-TIME PCR METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A primer for diagnosing apple stem pitting virus using SYBR green I is provided to accurately diagnose the infection and to enhance diagnosis efficiency.;CONSTITUTION: A primer set for diagnosing ASPV(apple stem pitting virus) infection contain primers of sequence numbers 1 and 2. A method for real-time detection of the infection comprises: a step of performing real-time PCR of DNA from a subject and a part of the DNA using the primer set and a marker; and a step of analyzing curve of the real-time PCR product.
