PURPOSE: A steel plate specimen manufacturing device is provided to prevent a delay of a work for removing a specimen and to improve the work efficiency by smoothly discharging the manufactured specimen.;CONSTITUTION: A steel plate specimen manufacturing device comprises a lower press(10), an upper press(12), a driving cylinder, and a pneumatic unit(20). The upper press comprises a punch installed at a position corresponding to a punching die and arranged in the upper part of the lower press. The driving cylinder pressurizes the upper press. The pneumatic unit is installed along the punching die inside the lower press, thereby separating the manufactured specimen by discharging air through the punching die.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
