PURPOSE: A digital circuit for a transceiver chip is provided to reduce a size and weight of a transmitting/receiving module by simply controlling a microwave switch, a multiple bit digital microwave phase shifter, and a multiple bit digital microwave attenuator using only serial control data.;CONSTITUTION: A second level shifter(11) changes data signal from a TTL(Transistor-Transistor Logic) level to a DCFL(Direct Coupled Fet Logic) level. A level-changed DD signal is inputted to a D flip-flop(12). The D flip-flop outputs DD(DCFL level) signals inputted into a falling edge of a CLK signal. A multiplexer(13) selects an odd number data signal or an even bumber data signal. A circuit of a third level shifter(14) is composed of three serial diodes changing a signal level and a buffer circuit. A circuit of a first voltage distributor(15) generates a voltage VSS of about (-)1V for operating a digital circuit. A circuit of a second voltage divider(16) generates the voltage VS3V of about (-)3V for operating the digital circuit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
