PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for providing visual and haptic information and a terminal equipped with the same are provided to change the keypad layout, the button icon, and the button manipulation feeling of the terminal according to the context of an operating software or program.;CONSTITUTION: A visual displaying layer(520) is arranged at the vertically lower layer of a button frame(510). The button frame includes a plurality of buttons. A haptic displaying layer(530) is arranged at the vertically lower layer of the visual displaying layer.
