PURPOSE: A control device, a radar detection system, and a radar detection method thereof are provided to detect malfunction of a radar apparatus according to a signal outputted from radar with respect to the vehicle detection radar apparatus.;CONSTITUTION: A scanning situation data storage part(1e) stores scanning situation information. An acquisition unit(1a) acquires coordinates of a scanning start position and a scanning end position. An output unit(1b) calculates an average value of the coordinates. The output unit stores the scanning situation information in the scanning situation data storage part. A comparison unit compares the average value of the coordinates of the scanning start position with a standard value of the scanning start position. The comparison unit compares the average value of the coordinates of the scanning end position with a standard value of the scanning end position.
