摘要

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for automatically regulating a clamp for a center rest of a machine tool are provided to prevent machining errors by clamping materials with pressure suitable for the materials with a center rest.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for automatically regulating a clamp for a center rest of a machine tool comprises a center rest(100), a pressure sensor(200), an A/D(Analog To Digital) converter(300), a comparator(400), a data input and display unit(500), an overall control unit(600), and a hydraulic pressure control unit(700). The pressure sensor detects pressure for pressing materials by the center rest and converts data to electric signals. The comparator compares sensing values inputted through the A/D converter and pre-input pressure values and outputs pressure values corresponding to the sensing values and the pressure values. The overall control unit analyzes pressure values outputted from the comparator and outputs control signals for compensating the pressure values. The overall control unit receives position data of the center rest and outputs control signals for moving the center rest. The hydraulic pressure control unit applies the pressure to the center rest within an error range of a reference pressure value.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
