PURPOSE: A manufacturing process of metal silicon powder is provided to manufacture metal silicon by minimizing metal silicon dust explosion possibility.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing process of metal silicon powder comprises the following steps: manufacturing metal silicon particles by adding and pulverizing the metal silicone lumps into a jaw crusher(s20); manufacturing a first metal silicon particle by transferring the particle by using a hammer crusher(s30); manufacturing a second metal silicon powder by transferring the first metal silicon powder using the hammer mill and pulverizing thereof(s50); classifying the secondary metal silicon powder by particle size in a screen(s60); manufacturing final metal silicon powder by sorting the powder using magnetic force; and transferring by using the hammer mill and re-pulverizing the metal silicon powder which does not satisfy the required particle size.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
