PURPOSE: A method for crystallizing heterodimer of human Mst1 SARAH domain and Rassf5(Nore1) SARAH domain is provided to enable X-ray analysis and to continuously obtain three dimensional data.;CONSTITUTION: A method for crystallizing heterodimer of human recombinant Mst1 SARAH domain and Rassf5(Nore1) SARAH domain comprises a step of crystallizing the heterodimer by a hanging-drop vapour diffusion method using a reservoir solution containing 1.0-2 M ammonium sulfate as a precipitating agent, 0.01-1 M CAPS buffer solution, and sodium chloride(NaCl) as a salt solution. The reservoir solution contains 0.01-1 M LiSO_4. The hanging-drop vapour diffusion method comprises a step of reacting at 15-25°C for one day to one week.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
