PURPOSE: A system for controlling a secondary refining process is provided to reduce the variation of steel quality through precise control and automation of a secondary refining process.;CONSTITUTION: A system for controlling a secondary refining process a vessel(110), a steel alloy facility(120), a vacuum facility(130), a reflux facility(140), a sampling facility(150), an oxygen injection facility(160), and a control unit(200). The reflux facility injects argon to molten steel through the vessel so that the molten steel is fed back. The sampling facility measures the temperature of molten steel in a ladle. The oxygen injection facility injects oxygen to molten steel through the vessel. The control unit sets individual operation of the steel alloy facility, the vacuum facility, the reflux facility, the sampling facility, and the oxygen injection facility according to time and operates the facilities parallely according to time setting.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
