PURPOSE: A thermoconductive silicon rubber sponge composition is provided to impart high thermal conductivity and low thermal capacity to a silicon rubber cured material, and to be effective as a heat fixing roll.;CONSTITUTION: A thermoconductive silicon rubber sponge composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of thermoset organopolysiloxane composition, 0.1-50 parts by weight of hollow filler of which average particle diameter is 200 um or less, and true specific gravity is 0.3 or less, and 200-300 parts by weight of thermoconductive filler, of which average particle diameter is 1-30 um, and thermo conductivity is 15W/m·K. The ratio of floor area to porous site is 10-70% of the total thermoconductive silicon rubber sponge composition. A fixing roll is formed by mounting a silicon rubber sponge layer on outer circumference of a roll shaft.
