PURPOSE: A continuous casting method of double-layered metal slab is provided to cast double-layered metal slab with high quality by controlling the structure of outer and inner slab through electromagnetic stirring.;CONSTITUTION: A continuous casting method of double-layered metal slab comprises the steps of: sealing a mold by raising a dummy bar to the bottom of an inner mold(2) of a casting mold consisting of the inner mold and an outer mold(1), simultaneously supplying different components of molten steel through nozzles to the sealed inner and outer nozzles, cooling inner molten steel with cooling water flowing in a cooling water channel formed inside the inner mold, cooling outer molten steel with a cooling device(4) installed outside the outer mold, lowering the dummy bar when the surface of the inner molten steel begins to solidify, and stirring the inner and outer molten steel with an electromagnetic stirring device(7) to control the structure of slab.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
