PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing Ti added ferritic stainless steel and Ti added ferritic stainless steel manufactured using the same are provided to easily absorb inclusions into low melting point slag when floating the inclusions in molten steel by supplying inert gas into the molten steel. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing Ti added ferritic stainless steel comprises the steps of: supplying molten steel decarbonized in a reduction furnace to a ladle together with slag(S10), removing the slag from the ladle(S20), forming low melting point slag to cover the top of the molten steel(S30), and supplying inert gas to the molten steel to float inclusions in the molten steel(S50).
