PURPOSE: A scraper apparatus and an apparatus for discharging dropping transportations using the same are provided to prevent the delay of a process due to stacked transportations by automatically removing the transportations stacked while scrapers move along a transportation loading part.;CONSTITUTION: A scraper apparatus comprises a first moving part(222), a second moving part(226), and scrapers(212). The first moving part reciprocates in a predetermined distance at a space where transportations are stacked. The second moving part is installed under the first moving part and is interlocked with the first moving part to move in case of moving forward. The second moving part is moved by the first moving part after being delayed for predetermined time in case of moving backward. The scrapers are rotatably installed in at least one side of the first moving part and the second moving part to vary installation angles interlocked with the movement of the first moving part and the second moving part so that the transportations can be conveyed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
