PURPOSE: A residual outline prediction simulator of refractories in the inside of a furnace is provided to predict a partial damage state of inner refractories of a melting furnace by measuring only an external surface temperature of furnace.;CONSTITUTION: A residual outline prediction simulator of refractories in the inside of a furnace comprises a body(10), experimental sections(20-1,20-2), a heating element(30), and a measuring sensor(40). The experimental sections are attached on one or more sides of the body and have a simulation layer same with the inside of the furnace. The heating element is installed in the inside of the body.
