PURPOSE: A sleeve device for a mandrel with enhanced durability is provided to improve durability because a sleeve body is composed of a metal material to prevent hardening and damage of surfaces even in a high temperature coil.;CONSTITUTION: A sleeve device for a mandrel with enhanced durability(100) comprises sleeve bodies(110) and elastic connection members(120). The sleeve bodies are split into at least two in a circumferential direction and are separately arranged from each other. A predetermined curvature radius is formed in the inner circumference(111) of the sleeve bodies to fit the external side of a mandrel into the inner circumference of the sleeve bodies. A coil is wound around the external side of the sleeve bodies. The elastic connection members elastically connect the separately arranged sleeve bodies so that sleeves can cope with the diameter variation of the mandrel.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
