PURPOSE: A cell optimization method using a multi-function terminal is provided to optimize the configuration of cells by enabling a terminal to conduct a role of a base station.;CONSTITUTION: A terminal broadcasts an SCN-ADV(Scanning-Advertisement) message to other terminals(S2210). The terminal transmits the SCN-ADV message to other terminals according to the sequence of a neighbor list(S2220). The terminal adds new neighbors to the scanning broadcast message(S2230). The terminal broadcasts an LINK-REP(Link-Response) message(S2240). The terminal requests BS(Base Station) function switching to the terminal(S2260).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
