PURPOSE: Shade material flow-shading and cooling method and system for controlling the temperature and lighting of a crop cultivation facility are provided to supply proper amount of light to crops by adjusting the mixture amount of a shade material to water-film water. CONSTITUTION: A shade material flow-shading and cooling method for controlling the temperature and lighting of a crop cultivation facility comprises the following steps: mixing a shade material(11) with water for forming water films; transferring the water mixed with the shade material to the upper side of the crop cultivation facility using a water film pump(13); and uniformly dispersing the water and the shade material on the roof of the crop cultivation facility for forming the water film controlling the temperature and the lighting of the facility. The shade material has the specific optical spectrum by the transmission, refraction, and reflection of light.
