PURPOSE: An electric conduction improving method of a solid oxide fuel cell under a reduction atmosphere and a manufacturing method of ceramics interconnector with high conductivity at low temperature are provided to manufacture ceramic interconnectors which can be sintered at low temperature by adding boride and fluoride. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of ceramics Interconnectors comprises the following steps: substituting or adding 0.01-0.3 mole% of boride(LaB6, MgB6) and fluoride(CaF2, SrF2) to perovoskite ABO3 structure oxide as a sintering gradient material; and manufacturing a ceramics Interconnector by sintering at 1250 deg. The method for improving the performance of the ceramics Interconnector remains small amount of fluoride with the ceramics interconnector which was sintered at low-temperature or partially substitutes A or B position of the perovoskite ABO3 structure with metal fluoride and oxide which are strong under reduction condition.
