DUAL FUAL INJECTION VALVE AND DUAL FUAL INJECTION DEVICE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A dual fuel injection valve and a dual fuel injection device using the same are provided improve combustion performance as the position of injecting auxiliary fuels is placed in the center of a combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION: A dual fuel injection device comprises an ECU(Engine Control Unit)(10), an auxiliary fuel governor(20), an auxiliary fuel injection pump(30), a valve(40) for controlling the start of injection, an air pressure control valve(50), a main fuel injection pump(60), a main fuel governor(70), and a dual fuel injection valve(80). The ECU is operated by receiving engine loads, an engine speed, and crank angle signals. The auxiliary fuel governor controls the injection rate of auxiliary fuels according to auxiliary fuel control signals of the ECU. The valve for controlling the start of injection is operated according to signals of controlling the injection start timing of the auxiliary fuels. The main fuel governor controls the injection rate of main fuels according to main fuel control signals. The main fuel injection pump controls the injection amount of the main fuels by the main fuel governor. The dual fuel injection valve injects the main fuels and the auxiliary fuels to inside the engine.
