PURPOSE: An advertisement providing system using a click cap and method thereof are provided to effectively expose advertisement elements by restricting the exposure of the selected advertisement elements by establishing a click gap for the advertisement elements.;CONSTITUTION: When an advertisement element is selected from plural advertisement elements in order to provide the advertisement elements to a user or a terminal, a selected frequency confirmation unit(410) confirms selected frequency for the advertisement elements through the user or the terminal. An advertisement element providing restriction unit(420) compares frequency related to the selection of the advertisement elements and the click cap which is previously established for the advertisement elements.
