REMOVAL SYSTEM OF RECALCITRANT HARMFUL MATTER USING VESSEL FOR ADVANCED OXIDATION PROCESS

PURPOSE: An advanced oxidation water treating apparatus equipped with a reactor is provided to improve the dissolving efficiency of ozone by extending the residence time of the ozone compared to water. CONSTITUTION: An advanced oxidation water treating apparatus equipped with a reactor includes an ozone feeder(2), an ozone reactor(1), and a hydrogen peroxide feeder(4). An advanced oxidation process is implemented in the ozone reactor based on the contact of feed water and ozone. Partitions(10) of different heights are arranged in the ozone reactor. The partitions divide the ozone reactor into a plurality of layers. Inlets(11) are downwardly expanded from the lower sides of the partitions. When the lower space of a lower layer is filled with feed water, the lower parts of the inlets are submerged under the surface of the feed water. The feed water is moved to the space of an upper layer through the inlets. An upper space is formed between the lower sides of the partitions and the surface of water in the lower layer. The upper space is filled with ozone to enable the contact of the ozone and the feed water.
