PURPOSE: A method for stitching underwater camera images for underwater monitoring is provided to stitch images which are photographed by underwater cameras, thereby generating the stitched images as a panorama image.;CONSTITUTION: Images are inputted to a plurality of underwater cameras. Distortion of the images due to a lens of the underwater camera is corrected by lens calibration to generate the corrected images(S1000). The corrected images are stitched to generate one panorama image using a shift algorithm(S2000).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
