PURPOSE: A panel member and a panel member assembly structure having the same are provided to enable to obtain a structure possible to endure a shear force.;CONSTITUTION: A panel member(100) comprises a panel portion(101) and an overlap portion(130). The panel portion comprises bent portions(102,103) in both end parts. The panel portion is composes of plates. The overlap portion is formed in the central part of the panel portion. The plates are bent while being overlapped so that the overlap portion is formed. A panel member assembly structure comprises a panel member and a finish panel.
