PURPOSE: A middle coat/clear coat deletion type painting method for monocoat top coat paint is provided to delete the middle coat and clear coat and obtain physical properties and surface properties. CONSTITUTION: A middle coat/clear coat deletion type painting method for monocoat top coat paint comprises the following step: spreading base coat paint on a paint coated substrate at a thickness of 25-70 micro meters. The base coat paint comprises ultraviolet protection composition, blocked isocyanate and melamine. The ultraviolet protection composition includes one or more of titanium dioxide pigment and anti-ultraviolet package. A weight ratio of blocked isocyanate to melamine is 1:1.0-1:1.7. The base coat paint is solvent type liquid composition. A 300-360 nano meters ultraviolet transmittance at 10 micro meters thickness of the base coat film is less than 0.05%. A 360-420 nano meters ultraviolet transmittance at 15 micro meters thickness of the base coat film is less than 0.015%.
