PURPOSE: An integrated soundproof panel manufacturing method is provided to manufacture an integrated soundproof panel at low costs by assembling front, top, bottom, and rear plates of the soundproof by riveting.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an integrated soundproof panel(100) comprises the steps of: making a rolled iron plate flat through a leveling machine installed in an uncoil machine, perforating a plurality of gallery holes(11) by a press on the flat iron plate, cutting the perforated plate to a predetermined length by a cutting machine, bending the cut iron plate by a rolling forming machine according to front, top, bottom, and rear plates(10,20,30,40) of a soundproof panel, bending the iron plate around the front plate so that both ends of the iron plate overlapped on the rear plate, joining the iron plate to the rear plate by welding or riveting, coating or plating the integrated iron plate, and inserting a sound absorbing material(70) in the plated or coated iron plate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
