PURPOSE: An anthocyanine derivative with enhanced structural stability and a method for synthesizing the same are provided to be applied in various fields.;CONSTITUTION: A synthesizing an anthocyanine derivative comprises: a step adding acid-containing water or alcohol solution to Glycine max seed coat and macerating to prepare anthocyanine crude extract; a step of removing impurities by filtering; a step of removing alcohol by concentrating at room temperature and reduced pressure to prepare anthocyanie crude extract; a step of fractioning the anthocyanine crude extract with water and ethyl acetate to prepare anthocyanine extract; and a step of performing ODS column chromatography of the anthocyanine extract with 10-60% alcohol solution containing chloric acid.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
