SPEAKER AND A METHOD OF ASSEMBLING A SPEAKER CAPABLE OF REDUCING MORE THD(TOTAL HARMONIC DISTORTION) THAN IN A CONVENTIONAL SPEAKER

PURPOSE: A speaker and a method of assembling a speaker are provided to generate exact sounds by minimizing wobble and distortion.;CONSTITUTION: A speaker is composed of a slim type speaker having two voice coils(21). The speaker comprises a frame(60), a vibration plate(62), a bobbin(23), the voice coil, a center pole(40), a damper(30), and a magnet member(50). The frame is formed into a hollow bottle shape having a slim shaped floor(60a). Two holes(65) in which 2 magnet members are arranged are formed to be spaced on the floor of the frame at a certain distance. A supporting part(63) to support the damper with the circumference of each hole is formed on the floor of the frame. The bobbin is formed into a hollow pipe shape at the lower portion of the vibration plate. The voice coil is wound around the bobbin.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
