PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of stabilized spheres is provided to manufacture stabilized particles of desired size through cooling rate control without a stabilizer, and to able to recycle solvent and resin.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of stabilized spheres comprises: a step of putting a radical polymerizable monomer, and an initiator into a solvent; a step of manufacturing a polymer particle with weight average molecular weight of 10,000-150,000 g/mol through free radical polymerization; a step of dispersing the polymer particles into poor solvent, and obtaining a polymer solution by heating the dispersed solution; a step of manufacturing polymer spheres by cooling the polymer solution; and a step of cleaning, drying, and powderizing the polymer spheres.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
