摘要

PURPOSE: A molten metal stirring apparatus and a magnesium alloy manufacturing method using the same are provided to increase casting speed and to maximize stirring efficiency by applying a direct stirring method instead of an indirect stirring method.;CONSTITUTION: A molten stirring apparatus comprises a pair of electrodes(40), a current pulse driving unit(110), a driving control unit(120), a power supply unit(150), a current pulse environment control unit(130), and a current restricting and regulating unit(160). The pair of electrodes is inserted in a crucible. The current pulse driving unit applies current to the pair of electrodes as pulse waves. The driving control unit controls the operation of the current pulse driving unit. The power supply unit supplies electricity to the current pulse driving unit. The current pulse environment control unit monitors the output of the current pulse driving unit through a monitoring device. The current restricting and regulating unit controls and maintains the output current amount of at least one current pulse driving unit in response to control signals of the current pulse environment control unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
