PURPOSE: A method for predicting protein location in a cell according to the cell differentiation is provided to enable predicting the protein location under a predetermined condition. CONSTITUTION: A method for predicting protein location in a cell according to cell differentiation comprises: a step of inputting static characteristics of a subject protein to generate a static feature; a step of generating a lotion-feature model using the static characteristics; a step of calculating coherence score using expression level under the predetermined condition; a step of applying weight to the static feature to generate a dynamic network; a step of authorizing static characteristics and location information of the subject protein to the dynamic network to generate a protein feature; and a step of determining the location of the subject protein using protein feature and location-feature model.
