PURPOSE: A method for differentiating mouse or human SKPs(skin-derived precursor cells) into nervous system and mesenchymal cells is provided to treat a damaged nervous system.;CONSTITUTION: A method for differentiating mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) into osterogenic cells comprises a step of culturing MSCs in a medium containing beta-glycerol phosphate, dexamethasone, ascorbic acid, and fetal bovine serum(FBS). The MSCs is derived from SKPs(skin-derived precursor cells). The medium is an alpha-MEM(minimal essential medium).
