PURPOSE: A method for collecting cutting waste liquid of mono silicon is provided to have high recovery ratio and to contribute to environmental protection. CONSTITUTION: A method for collecting cutting waste liquid of mono silicon is as follows. The cutting waste liquid of mono silicon removing petroleum is put in a spraying stirrer(49), and hydrochloric acid is injected to obtain mixture. The mixture is discharged to a spraying mixer. The cutting waste liquid of mono silicon is mixed for 10 to 30 minutes at the temperature of 30C-50C again to obtain secondary mixture. The secondary mixture is put into a solid-liquid separator and is heated by an electric heating plate of which heating temperature is 50C-80C. Carbonized silicon and rough crystallized solid mixture of the silicon are discharged at the bottom of the solid-liquid separator. The solid mixture is put in a first spraying cleaner and implements a cleaning work for 10 to 30 minutes so that a first cleaning solid mixture removing residues can be obtained. The first cleaning solid mixture is put into a second spraying cleaner and is repetitively cleaned to obtain secondary cleaning solid mixture. The secondary cleaning solid mixture puts into a reactor and implements a stirring reaction for 10 to 30 minutes. The carbonized silicon and acid solution are cleaned and dried with alkaline solution after filtering, thereby collecting the carbonized silicon.
