摘要

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a large-sized metal stamp integrated with groove patterns and PLC(Planar Lightwave Circuit) patterns and a manufacturing method of a polymer optical element using the same are provided to cost-efficiently manufacture a PLC element without damage.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a large-sized metal stamp integrated with groove patterns and PLC patterns is as follows. PLC patterns are formed. Unit PLC element patterns are formed using the PLC patterns(S111). The unit PLC element patterns are treated thermally(S113). Groove patterns for supporting an optical fiber are formed(S114). An integrated PDMS mold is manufactured by aligning the unit PLC element patterns and the groove patterns(S119). Large-sized PDMS patterns are formed by repetitively copying the integrated PDMS mold. A large-sized stamp is manufactured using the large-sized PDMS patterns(S120).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
