PURPOSE: A device for measuring a vertical displacement amount of a structure under the construction and a device for calculating a correction value of a column reduction amount of the structure under the construction are provided to enhance the safety and the completeness of a building structure. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring a vertical displacement amount of a structure under the construction comprises a reference measuring unit(110), a temporary deflection measurement unit(120), and an actual reflection calculator(130). The reference value measuring unit measures a vertical direction reference coordinate value at a reference position of a top layer of a structure under the construction. The temporary deflection measurement unit measures the vertical temporary displacement of the top layer of the structure. The actual displacement calculator calculates the actual vertical displacement of the top layer of the structure by comparing a vertical displacement value measured by a vertical displacement measuring unit and the reference coordinate value measured by the reference value measuring unit.
